Our Carpet Cleaning Technique and Process

5 Stage Carpet Cleaning Process

Following our detailed survey we begin the process by slowly vacuuming the area extensively to remove any dirt and soil laying in the carpet fibres using commercial grade vacuums SEBO BS36/46. This is followed by a pre-spray using green eco friendly natural chemicals which suspend the soil particles from the carpet fibres. The pre-spray is then mechanically agitated using a SEBO DUO or by hand to reach the soil deep down in the carpet fibres. Depending on the stains such as food, blood, vomit, fresh tea and coffee, milk, wine, rust etc we will use a suitable spotter to assist neutralise the stain. Following this we use hot water extraction sometimes known as steam cleaning.

We invest multiple £1000's in our technology and machines. Every one of our carpet cleaning machines are extremely powerful. Each machine is 600psi powered by dual Lamb Ametek 3-stage vacuum motors with in-line heaters fitted. By using an in-line heater we can use steam to clean the most dirtiest of carpets and leave your carpets dryer than most other carpet cleaners. All machines are fitted with Teflon slotted glides, the huge benefit using Teflon glides is dramatically reducing dry times. Sometimes to as little as an hour and prevent damage to skirting boards and furniture.

The products we use contain a lovely fragrance which leaves your carpet clean and smelling fresh. We then reset the carpet pile. Depending on the carpets composition it will be dry between 1-4 hours, extreme care is taken to ensure your carpet is dry as possible. The products we normally use contain no detergents so no sticky residues are left on your carpet, thus preventing rapid re-soiling. You will be able to walk on the carpet within the hour.
